The House of the Three-Headed Dog has an HEA with the main character and his love interest. However, it also contains strong elements of Gothic horror.

Here are the warnings: On-page abuse and violence. Sexual slavery. Past mentions of abusive parents. Mentioned imperialism and starvation. Mentioned past rape by deception; an assassin mentions deceiving and seducing his targets before killing them. Coercion, nonconsent, and dubious consent on-page but not primarily between the main characters. The main villain has characters "serve" him with either clear nonconsent or unclear consent/possible vampiric compulsion. Two characters are made to engage in nonconsensual fellatio by a third party.
